Laura Doehle founded Elevation Business Consulting to help small business owners feel more in control and confident in running their business to achieve personally sustainable success. She serves as a personal guide to getting business operations under control and aligned with the business’ strategy; ending the exhaustion that comes from scrambling through each day. She has spent decades helping organizations achieve current and long-term business goals that required change across all functions. She brings a “take action” approach and helps business owners create structures, processes, and tools to run their business in a way that feels right for them and allows them to make progress on their professional and personal goals.
Laura earned an MBA from Auburn University’s Harbert College of Business and a BS from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois.
Laura leverages her passion for helping businesses achieve their goals through her involvement in community organizations. She is on the board of Women Business Owners (WBO) and serves as a mentor to early-stage organizations through Life Science Washington Institutes’ WIN Program. In addition, she supports the Washington State Opportunity Scholarship as an application essay reviewer and is on the board of Music Center of the Northwest.
